C and C ++ Programming

This section focuses on understanding C and the C++ 'extension' to the C programming language with reference to the Arduino IDE(Integrated Development Environment). Arduino IDE is actually C++ rather than pure C, but it does have all original functions of C plus the C++ extensions. Arduino programs are not call programs rather they are referred to as 'sketches'. More on this later after you have had a chance to read the reference material. This material will help you master the C and C++ programming skills needed to program many microcontrollers available on the market today(like the Arduino Uno, Nano and the ESP32 family plus Raspberry PI and so on). The Arduino IDE is free to download at Arduino - Home.
